KLTA Members Participate in Samulnori Training in Jindo

specialized instruction in Korean traditional percussion and deepened their understanding of Samulnori through hands-on training and cultural immersion. At the conclusion of the program, our members presented a special final performance showcasing the skills and knowledge they had developed during their time in Korea. We are proud of their dedication to continued professional learning and their commitment to bringing Korean traditional music and culture back to their classrooms and students. Samulnori — a traditional Korean percussion ensemble art featuring four instruments — makes this experience particularly meaningful for teachers who can incorporate Korean music and cultural traditions into their teaching.
